入口在：
- 网页：单击头像 → 设置 → Beta 功能 → 选择加入自定义说明
- iphone：设置 → 新功能 → 打开自定义指令
你可以自定义两个角色描述：
大概就是让 ChatGPT 知道你的需求和目标，你想让 ChatGPT 怎么回应你。
几个例子
